As you know, as a member of MId Sussex Prostate Cancer Support Group, we hold details of your name, address, telephone number and email address which are used as a means of contacting you and sending you information which we believe would be of interest and/or benefit to you. This information is held on our encrypted computer and is accessible only by the Support Group Committee. Under no circumstances, do we pass on any of this personal information to another party.

Due to the Data Protection Act which came into effect on 25 May 2018 we will be unable to contact you with latest prostate cancer news, any Newsletters, Notes of meetings, Details of events etc  - unless we have approval from you.

By giving us your consent to hold details of your name, address, telephone no. and email address you will continue to receive all information on prostate cancer and updates about MId Sussex Prostate Cancer Support Group after 25th May 2018, i.e., nothing will change.  You will be able to hear from our Support Group in the way you want to - by Post, E-mail or Phone, and you can change your mind at any time.

However, if you don
t respond to us, you could miss out on hearing what Mid Sussex Prostate Cancer Support Group is getting up to.
